River Rafting !

On the second morning, we headed to Kiulu River for a river rafting experience.
We rafted down the river for 8 km in 2 rafts...enjoy the images....

After the climb...

We managed to climbed up to the 3km checkpoint which is about 2455m above sea level...When we reached the Headquarters the whole place was in the clouds...

With 2 local guides accompanying us, we started off our journey up the mountain. Adrian from Trekkers led the way up the beautiful mountain. By this time clouds had already covered the top half of Mount Kinabalu...

First morning in Kota Kinabalu

We were ready by 7am at the Novotel Hotel lobby all set to trek up Mount Kinabalu. We had buffet breakfast and Bonny and May our guides were ready waiting for us...We drove all the way to the National Park Headquarters to register our attendance and to get our permits to climb the mountain. It was almost 10am when we started off from Tempuhon Gate to trek up the magestic mountain.
